Is Yuta in Anime Origins?

Yuta appears in public Anime Origins roster footage and launch-era unit coverage. He is also the unit most closely associated with the searched Anime Origins Yuta summon cutscene. The current in-game banner remains the authority for today’s display name, rarity, availability, and pull rate.

What is the Yuta summon cutscene?

Public pre-release coverage describes a dedicated presentation when the rare Yuta result appears. The cutscene is a summon reveal, not a separate playable mode. It signals a special pull but does not by itself explain the unit’s current stats, evolution recipe, or best trait.

What is supported by public footage?

The July roster tour shows Yuta among the visible Anime Origins characters. A source-labeled character watchlist built from that footage records:

  • limited placements;
  • an evolution path;
  • copied active-ability interactions after evolution.

Those observations are useful for team planning, but the release build may adjust names, numbers, and availability. This page therefore does not repeat an exact summon rate from an older preview as a permanent figure.

How should I evaluate Yuta after pulling him?

Open the unit and evolution panels and record:

  1. placement cost and limit;
  2. target type and attack shape;
  3. base cooldown and range;
  4. passives and active abilities;
  5. the evolution recipe;
  6. which allied active abilities can interact with his kit.

If the evolved kit rewards allied actives, build the team around compatible abilities rather than filling every slot with isolated damage dealers.

Which trait should Yuta use?

Use the final evolved role to choose. A damage-focused carry benefits from damage, cooldown, critical, or balanced traits. A kit limited by placement count may gain more from a high-impact all-round roll than a minor range-only roll. Keep the exact unit panel open before spending a rare Trait Reroll.

Why can search results disagree about Yuta?

Older pages were written while Anime Origins was still in preview. They can mix footage, expected launch behavior, and later release facts. Banner rotation and balance changes add another source of disagreement. Dated sources and the current in-game panel are more useful than an undated percentage copied across sites.

Sources and coverage date

Yuta is visible in Jason2Twizzy’s July 9 roster tour, This NEW Game Has So Much Potential. The role and cutscene context are summarized in Anime Origins Characters and Observed Roles and the pre-release Anime Origins unit overview. Checked August 15, 2026.
